Excellent Customer Service

I was recommended to Poole Alcock to deal with a very complicated family trust issue, resulting in the conveyancing issue that Eve has been dealing with. First of all there was a 3 month delay and Eve's patience is exemplary; she was asked to wait until we were ready and she did exactly that. Once we got back in touch she was efficient, knowledgeable and polite - a pleasure to deal with. This has been my experience so far with everyone I have dealt with from the company.

Excellent and I felt heard for the first time

I spoke with Helen for a consultation over the phone. In that short time it was the first time I had felt heard by any solicitor that I had spoken to about my pending divorce. Unfortunately, due to my location I could not proceed with Helen which I am devastated about as I don’t feel I’ll be as well supported by anyone else.

Richard was so reassuring

As a first conversation following my realisation that I need to divorce my husband, Richard was such a calming, reassuring expert. Those 20 minutes were just what I needed. If I need further solicitor help during this process, I will have no hesitation requesting his help and support.

Superb Customer Service

As soon as I was put through to Eve at Poole Alcock, I instantly felt reassured that everything would be taken care of and there would be no hidden extras in the cost, as previously experienced with other solicitors. Eve explained the process, step by step and it was refreshing to hear that we would have a solicitor and two assistants supporting us with our house sale. Eve has a wonderful energy and her warmth and expertise shine through. Many thanks for your support.

I am extremely satisfied with the support I received from Poole Alcock during the purchase of my first property. My solicitor James was fantastic from start to finish. He kept me fully informed and kept on the ball with the sellers solicitors throughout. He listened to my requirements and fully understood my needs, making the process clear and simple. I couldn't recommend James enough.
