As you would expect any professional to be, I was greeted by both Megan AND Beth with the warmest of welcomes. With other solicitors, I have typically been asked for an outline of concerns, followed by a call-back from a solicitor. One thing I found particularly professional is how they made sure there was no conflict of interest. I don't know why I find that so comforting in a company...maybe it's the honesty, maybe it's just that it really feels like they are a pleasure to deal with, wanting to give clear advice without said conflict. Either way, it did inspire confidence that I picked the right company.
At Poole Alcock, I was not only put straight through to a solicitor, but I was heard by one. None other than Beth Craig herself. Her first class service talked me through my issues, gave me the time to go through everything in clear detail and even laid out a tailored plan as to what she believes would be my best approach. Her refreshing advice was easy to understand and was given in a timely manner. Beth's friendly and proactive manner definitely made me feel heard. I thoroughly enjoyed that I had direct contact with a solicitor there and then on my first call. - I would definitely recommend that you add Poole Alcock to your Poole of must call solicitors!
