I had an excellent experience with Sarah-Jane, who I contacted to enquire about transferring my solicitor to her firm. She gave me the honest advice that it would be better for me to continue with my current solicitor, but remained on the phone for 40 minutes discussing and assessing what is a complicated set of circumstances. She gave clear and trustworthy advice, was caring but also direct, and is in other words exactly what one would hope for in a solicitor.

I needed to have my previous Will re-written, due to the solicitors who originally wrote and stored it, closing down.
My video meeting with Ellie was very straightforward, with all explanations made very clear, and that the Will would need to be re-written as existing ones could not be transferred. The previous Will was reviewed with Ellie, and we found an opportunity to make a small amendment, thanks to Ellie's explanations on a question I raised.
From the initial meeting to the return of signed documents, I found Ellie and her colleagues at Poole Alcock to be highly professional, very efficient and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!
