Kate and her team were excellent throughout the entirety of my purchase. It was easy to get a hold of someone if needed and care was taken at every level to ensure the process ran smoothly - a real weight off for me as a first time buyer. Kate was also especially helpful when some tricky patches arose throughout the process and conveyed information and next steps clearly. I would definitely recommend.

We reached out early morning for a conveyance quote for a property sale and within 30 minutes, Eve called us to arrange a quote. This was received within 5 minutes of our call. We had a few questions regarding the quote and everyone at P.A. was super responsive and helpful. They were transparent with what was included/not included in the quote and let us know what additional costs we might incur, but also what costs we might not need to pay down the line. All in all, this was the perfect engagement for what is otherwise an anxious time for first-time buyers (i.e. our first sale agreement falling through), and we have confidence that PA will do well by us throughout the sale process.
