Helped with my grandmother in a very short timeframe, which has been greatly appreciated for peace of mind. Charles Smalley was professional and incredibly patient. He ensured that everything was done lawfully and even challenged some ideas, just to make sure things were being done correctly to true wishes. He came across as very trustworthy.

David Olsen Estate
As executor to the above estate I engaged Poole Alcock to act on my behalf. I had already had considerable help from Charles Smalley in dealing with David's legal and financial affairs and thought him ideal to finalise what was a financially large and complex matter. David had been suffering from Alzheimer's which also raised extra complications. I was very happy with the professional service I received throughout.
