Helped with my grandmother in a very short timeframe, which has been greatly appreciated for peace of mind. Charles Smalley was professional and incredibly patient. He ensured that everything was done lawfully and even challenged some ideas, just to make sure things were being done correctly to true wishes. He came across as very trustworthy.

My Will
I have been putting off doing my will because the thought of the legal documentation felt a little daunting.
I need not have worried, Poole Alcock explained things clearly with no 'legal jargon' and my will was completed in a clean, understandable and timely manner.

severance and pay off after 35 years working for the company
I had a stupendously awesome experience with all members of the team who patiently took me through the process from the beginning of the initial contact when I called to make an appointment to the final phase of the interviewing process.
At the main core and putative stage it was prodigiously herculean and traumatising but I was made to feel at home and the right questions were asked and my responses were courteously cautious and there was no fear nor irredeemable worries felt at any stage. There is a monumental and overwhelming passion to help clients and I am grateful for the work done for me.
