Very friendly and Helpful
Greeted by Eve Bright with the new enquiries team who was very friendy and clear in setting up our account for us buying our first house. She has assured us we will have direct contact with our solicitor and our quote is locked for the whole duration. Happy to hear a friendly voice at the start of a scary process.

As with any first step you need a friendly person to help you. This is exactly what I got when I first contacted Poole Alcock, a lovely friendly greeting from Eve. She was able to answer all my daft questions and the process was very clear. End result a great first impression :)

An incredible start

Eve was helping in the quotation and onboarding process

Initial service and set up
We’ve only just started with Poole Alcock so this review is just for Eve and the setting up process! Great initial experience and Eve was great, very friendly, supportive and efficient. We were trying to instruct from the USA whilst on holiday and Eve was great at tailoring to our needs whilst away and ensuring no delay occurred.
