Helen, my solicitor, considered my case very carefully, and then offered me possible choices that could save time and cost. She always planned ahead that the things could happen and let me have sufficient time to prepare. My case is a little complex as it was involved with both UK financial setlement and overseas jurisdictions. She planned me to begin with simple matter -- get back land register (least cost), then pointed out, in case of need, receiving counsel advice and seeking barrister (more expensive). This was proved the most efficient as to process my case.
