Verity helps clients with drafting Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, applications to the Court of Protection and the Administration of Estates (also known as Probate). She is also a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) working towards obtaining her STEP Diploma for England and Wales (Trusts and Estates). Verity is a Dementia Friend and has an active role in the firm’s Community and Social Responsibility team. She has a keen interest in volunteering and in the local community, having spent most of her life living and working in Cheshire. When not at work, Verity is also a Director of a local academy trust. In her free time, Verity enjoys painting, gardening and would love to travel the world. Verity began working at Poole Alcock in 2014 as a Trainee Solicitor, qualifying in September 2016 into the Wills and Probate department.

The personal service my elderly mother is receiving is exceptional.
Care, attention and love she has been given by Verity is truly touching.
Wills, Probate, Employment law and so much more.
Just wish they would have the squeaky floors sorted out as it's annoying.
But 10/10 for their support.

Will writing and registration
My wife and I were looking for a solicitor with good reviews to produce our wills and came across Poole Alcock. Initially we thought they had an office locally in Milton Keynes, so were surprised to find out that they were based in the North west. Still, it didn't matter in the end; everything was sorted out very efficiently by telephone/email/post. We'd be happy to use Poole Alcock again.
