severance and pay off after 35 years working for the company
I had a stupendously awesome experience with all members of the team who patiently took me through the process from the beginning of the initial contact when I called to make an appointment to the final phase of the interviewing process.
At the main core and putative stage it was prodigiously herculean and traumatising but I was made to feel at home and the right questions were asked and my responses were courteously cautious and there was no fear nor irredeemable worries felt at any stage. There is a monumental and overwhelming passion to help clients and I am grateful for the work done for me.

I had very low expectations of the legal side of our house sale to begin with as I have heard so many horror stories from friends. However, Frances and her team were a breath of fresh air. They have been totally professional throughout and super efficient on progressing things. Frances also took the time to explain things in laymans terms and gave accurate, sensible advice which was much appreciated. I turned to Poole Alcock to assist in an employment matter requiring urgent attention and resolution. I found the process from start to finish to be highly professional. Everybody I spoke to understood my issue fully, and wanted to help, even if it was just to pass a message along.
