Very satisfied with the service
Chloe's team managed the process well. My only comment would be that given the process can be a little stressful for the client, regular updates by telephone would be helpful, rather than the client have to call.
Towards the end of the process I needed advice from Chloe and this was very well received.
I would recommend Poole Alcock

Efficient with good communication
PA were my conveyancers purchasing a property, the team at Alsager branch was pro-active, prompt and communicative, and reassuringly someone always there answering the phone.I never felt intimidated if asking what might have been a silly question. Friendly and efficient.

Sale of Property
Positive experience with everyone involved at Poole Alcock from the initial exchange of emails with Chloe Heath, the file opening procedure with Eve Bright and finally the matter was progressed by Katie from Chloe Heath's team. All emails and phone calls were both friendly but professional. Any enquiries raised by the Buyer's solicitors were passed to us quickly and once answered by us were then forwarded to keep the matter moving.

Conveyancing for property purchase
Chloe and her team were great to work with, kept us in the loop and were approachable/timely. They were proactive and made sure to complete necessary paperwork in the early stages of the purchase, so they could process when the time was right (e.g. HTB bonus claims, Mortgage deed, Transfer deed). Processes that required sensitive information or transfer of money were done in secure fashion, and they even allowed us to send a test payment before transferring our full deposit, to provide us assurance.
Price was very fair and reflected the service provided - didn't experience any hiccups / mishaps like most do with other firms.

First House Purchase
After looking at reviews online, I went with Poole Alcock for the purchase of my first house.
As a first-time buyer, I would have probably liked more frequent updates, but I realise this may not have always been possible, and the team were always willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. In the last few weeks, Maddy was especially helpful with queries and getting the purchase completed.
