Rosemary has been amazing so far along with the rest of the solicitors. I would highly reccomend them. They've been on the end of the phone or email eveytime I've needed them even in an emergency. Good friendly advice
I had used the online form to request a callback to discuss what my options were to protect ownership of my house. My call was received within the time requested & Helen gave me very good advice. The call felt more personal as other firms I’d spoken to only cared about how much money they were going to make out of me. If I ever need to use a solicitor I would definitely use Poole & Alcock and would recommend them.

Positive Experience So Far

Excellent and I felt heard for the first time
I spoke with Helen for a consultation over the phone. In that short time it was the first time I had felt heard by any solicitor that I had spoken to about my pending divorce. Unfortunately, due to my location I could not proceed with Helen which I am devastated about as I don’t feel I’ll be as well supported by anyone else.
