Redundancy Consultation
Right from the start, I felt empathy and support from the desk assistant who answered my initial call, to right up to the conversation with the solicitor, Jamie Riseley. The whole experience, which could have been more stressful, wasn't. They were incredibly friendly and took away any anxiety I may have had. Thoroughly appreciated their help.

Exceptional service from beginning to end

Settlement agreement
Had no idea how this process worked and though contacting Poole Alcock LLP and dealing with Kellie Evans and then Jamie Riseley the process was explained and professional. During my time as their client I was kept informed of everything and felt reassured throughout. Really would recommend to others as they are helpful and understanding to each situation I faced.
