First House Purchase

After looking at reviews online, I went with Poole Alcock for the purchase of my first house.
As a first-time buyer, I would have probably liked more frequent updates, but I realise this may not have always been possible, and the team were always willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. In the last few weeks, Maddy was especially helpful with queries and getting the purchase completed.

Conveying expertise

I have recently had two exchanges which required conveyance by a solicitor, and I used Poole Alcock for both transactions.

Following extremely positive experiences on both occasions, I can confirm that Poole Alcock will always be my go-to solicitor in the future. Chloe and her team are extremely professional and easy to deal with, keeping me informed every step of the way without the need to be pushed (unlike other solicitors I’ve dealt with in the past). Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised that on both occasions, the fixed quote ended up being the fee I paid without me having to battle against hidden costs and charges (again, unlike other solicitors I’ve dealt with in the past).

I would recommend this professional, friendly, and easy-to-deal-with firm to anybody.

Great service and really helpful

I needed help with my redundancy settlement. The solicitor Emily who dealt with my case was brilliant she went through my settlement and saw a problem with the wording and managed to get it sorted the same day. She was friendly and so professional. Will definitely use this firm again going forward if needed.

Amazingly efficient! Clear pricing from the outset (which was very reasonable). Brilliant communication, constantly kept us updated and we’re so easily accessible via phone or email. We had a tight deadline to purchase our house and I’m sure that without Poole Alcock this wouldn’t have happened in time (6 weeks).

Chloe Heath from Poole Alcock solicitors recently handled the sale of my house. She was readily available when needed, always well-informed and eased the ‘trauma’ of a very stressful situation.
I could not recommend her – and her team - more highly.
