Genuine want to help
When i woke up this morning my head was all over the place, knowing I will have to deal with Solicitors was making me really nervous. The Admin lady really understood how I felt and she made me feel really comfortable. Tim got back to me the same day and gave very clear options and examples of different scenarios we could consider. Very clear about the law on expectations. At no point did I fell this was about money but a genuine want to help.
