Positive Experience So Far

I recently had a free initial consultation with Poole Alcock regarding my divorce. After speaking with several solicitors, I decided to go with them, cancelling other enquiries after my meeting with Helen.

Helen was compassionate and really took the time to understand my situation. She offered practical advice on managing the ongoing complexities in my family life and explained the divorce process, available services, and the fee structure with clarity. I appreciated her child-focused approach, prioritising out-of-court solutions whenever possible. It's still early days, but I feel optimistic moving forward with Helen.

Settlement Agreement

After being told about the intention to terminate my contract as a settlement agreement with the company i was working for at the time. This came as a surprise and also not ideal being so close to Xmas. Upon contacting Poole Alcock, they made the process simple and swiftly turned this around due to the company outlining a date for this to be confirmed / accepted upon seeking legal advice. I am happy with the outcome and would be advising / or suggesting Poole Alcock to anyone who has experienced the same or in employment matters. Thanks Jamie Riseley and Kellie Evans.

Divorce process advice

My consultation with Tim Edgeley was very helpful. Tim patiently explained what would be involved and how they could help. Pointing out some scenarios which are best to try to avoid.
Tim kept things simple for me and I felt he listened to the approach I was after.
Our timescales mean I can wait to next year to involved Poole Alcock.

Very Good Solicitors

We have used Poole Alcock before and this time the experience was very similar.
They keep in touch the whole way through the conveyancing process. I believe our conveyancing was
very complicated being a leasehold property, but Chloe Heath and her team mananged to
complete every hurdle with ease. Thank you Chloe for all your help.
