First time buyer - Emily Brown Team
Emily's team helped me through this unknown process, Minnie particularly at the end to get over the line. Appreciated they were beyond busy to complete as many cases as possible before Apr, however I was kept up to date, a lot of information provided and the time was given to go through it with me. It was a pleasure to deal with the team.

Friendly Professional Support
From the minute I contacted Poole Alcock LLP I felt safely reassured that all legal matters would be dealt with promptly. All questions were answered clearly and Eve's friendly manner was great. This also applied to Emily Brown who contacted me within a few days to discuss any queries I might have. Excellent service.

Friendly and professional
Overall I had a good experience with Poole Alcock through the sale and purchase of my house. Their pricing was honest and the quote was accurate, and I also thought everything was explained to me in a clear way. We ended up with Emily Brown taking over our case near the end, and she really worked hard to get all the loose ends tied up so that we could meet the completion date requested by our buyers. I wasn't sure why our original solicitor left but Emily was fantastic.
The only things that prevented me giving a 5 star rating were- I initially picked Poole Alcock because they had a Chelmsford office and I assumed this would mean the solicitors would be local to me and I could go in person. This turned out not to be the case, and everything was done remotely from another part of the country. I also felt at times it was difficult getting through to speak to anyone on the phone, but it did not adversely affect the process.

Very patient
Emily’s team were very patient and Ellie especially excellent at explaining things to us. We hadn’t moved for 38 years and things obviously have changed.

Ellie and Emily were lovely to deal with.
Our main issue was how long they took to answer emails, which could sometimes be days.
