Help with employment (voluntary redundancy settlement)

I needed as a matter of incredible urgency legal advice and representation about this settlement with my employers. Megan Bowen and Jennifer Woods were immediately and efficiently able to help me where other partnerships I approached had dragged their heels. Anna Kuckova the solicitor was able to see me quickly, and was extremely helpful in securing the best agreement -- the whole matter was settled over the course of two days, which was really impressive, and I'm very grateful to all of them, and would recommend Poole|Alcock to anyone seeking such help.

Helpful and straightforward

I recently instructed Poole Alcock for the sale of a property. From my first enquiry through to setting up my account to commence the sale process the communication from Eve has been outstanding. We are yet to exchange and complete, so I'm unable to comment on that process, however my first impressions are excellent.

Stopped my head from spinning

I had recently split up with my Wife and contacted Poole Alcock to start gathering information on the process of petitioning for a divorce.

Within minutes I was speaking to Richard directly, he listened to my concerns and alade my concerns quickly.

It was an absolute pleasure to be dealt with professionally and in a way that also made me feel like I was chatting to an old friend at the same time.

I had no hesitation with instructing Richard and his team to proceed with my case.

Highly recommend these solicitors. We had the Emily Brown team and they were extremely helpful throughout our first home purchase. They always responded to any queries immediately, kept us updated, and were great at chasing the seller's solicitors. The quote they gave upfront was fully accurate with no hidden/extra costs unlike our previous solicitor. Very glad we chose them.

Needed a conveyancing solicitor to assist with my Help to Buy redemption. From the first contact enquiry to completion, I found Poole Alcock to be very efficient in dealing with my case and would not hesitate to recommend. Should I need conveyancing work in the future I will be straight onto Vicky and her team.

Recently I had to go through a very protracted and complicated divorce, fortunately for me it was managed by Amie Pine who handled the whole case with passion and personal commitment. She was just brilliant, hard working and treated you like you were her only client. Her attention to detail was just on another level and demonstrated an incredible grasp of all the issues.

She is highly skilled in overcoming all obstacles and communicates in a very clear and concise manner, which is very helpful in understanding the process.

From start to finish of the whole process, Amie, was always on hand at a moments notice to explain any queries or questions that would put your mind at rest. Typically, she would always respond within the hour and never left you feeling that she was “busy” dealing with other clients.

She is very friendly and approachable and takes a personal interest in your case to ensure that the best possible outcome is achieved. She is driven and determined to succeed on your behalf and leaves no stone unturned in seeking alternative and innovative solutions to solve even the most difficult of complex financial situations.

She adopts a no nonsense approach by not just telling you what you want to hear, but gives you the facts, accompanied with a proposal to resolve any potential issues. She makes the whole process, simple, clear and uncomplicated.

My financial settlement was a very tough case, but at every stage it was hard fought by Amie, her tenacity, knowledge and her no nonsense approach along with fantastic court preparation work, secured me the outcome I needed to move forward. She professionally steered me away from making emotional decisions which, would have wasted my time and money.

A 5 star service on a totally different level than many other firms, Amie was a breath of fresh air and would most definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to achieve the best possible outcome, with the least amount of stress.

Thank you Amie.
