Richard Barratt is a Solicitor and Partner. He is the head of our leading Divorce and Family Law team.

Support with a financial consent order
After my initial consultation with Richard I went ahead and proceeded with Poole Alcock. I found Richard to be helpful in answering all my questions, pleasant, and professional. Another significant benefit for myself personally was the fixed fee for the service. I had the ability to pay the cost of the case in equal installments, allowing me to budget accordingly, with no unexpected bills.
Half way through, my case changed hands to include Elizabeth. Although I didn't speak to Elizabeth via the phone all my emails were answered promptly and professionally.
I have had a really positive experience with Poole Alcock and wouldn't have any problems in recommending them to resolve any family law concerns.
