Higgs LLP administer my late partner’s trust and did the conveyancing when I moved. Due to circumstances beyond their control it took eight months to get to completion but throughout the solicitors were professional, friendly and helpful.

Jamie and team were helping us sell a subsidiary business from our group, on a relatively short time frame, where we wanted to make the transaction as simple as possible to ensure we could meet the timeline.
I found Jamie and his team very personable from the start and they provided clear advice, that was well communicated and for a reasonable price given the size of the transaction. I would definitely use again.

We have just concluded a personal injury claim after over fifteen years, dealt with by Claire Burnell from Higgs llp.
We always found Claire to be patient, understanding and very personal, a total delight to deal with.
If ever we needed any clarification or explanation of what was going on/what the next steps were, she was always a fountain of knowledge.

Higgs LLP looked after the sale of our business, myself and co-shareholders were impressed with the all aspects of the service provided, attention to detail, staff professionalism and knowledge of their speciality.
We found the fees charged were as originally quoted and were reasonable for the amount of work involved.

My dad had an accident 17.02.2020 and passed away 30.04.2020. Initially we took advice from the hospital who put us in contact for dads rehabilitation, sadly the case changed. It took 4 years to conclude, of which Claire supported us through it all! Even when times became hard and we felt like given up she stood firm and didn't give up the fight! Thank you for everything you did for our family.

Swapped to Higgs following a serious motorbike accident and realised that the solicitors I was advised to use by my insurance company just didn’t have specialised knowledge of bike accidents. I’m so glad I did, they were professional, courteous and polite throughout the whole process. Laura who handled my case was great, she kept me informed at all times, responded to emails and calls promptly and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it probably would have been. I would recommend any biker unfortunate enough to find themselves in this situation to pick the phone up and speak to them.
