I also advise on all aspects of Private Client work, including wills, the administration of trusts and estates, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work, and specialise in advising individuals and their families, particularly those with business interests on tax, estate and succession planning.

Arranging a lease
Natalie did a thoroughly professional job for our Charity Trustees and exhibited huge patience with managing the difficulties generated by the tenant. Natalie responded promptly to questions raised and explained processes very clearly. She obviously has a great depth of knowledge. Trustees had hoped that the setting up of the lease would be straightforward but working with the tenant was extremely challenging and Natalie enabled us to navigate a range of issues throughout the process to completion. A great job done!

Exemplary Service from Higgs
Higgs recently acted on behalf of our charitable trust regarding a change of name. As a trustee, I originally tried to do it myself using templates off the internet but soon gave up. The amount of admin was considerably more than I expected! Higgs came to the rescue and sorted everything quickly, efficiently and without any fuss.

Excellent Client Care
As a Trustee of a Charity which had inadvertently fallen foul of the Charity Commission guidelines Higgs LLP handled the issue with the Commission in a very professional and informed manner.
Following discussions with us they gave us clear and unambiguous advice on resolving the matter to the satisfaction of the Charity Commission and recommended a number of changes that should be made to our governance to avoid any future issues.
