The Sale of Bondloc UK Ltd
There were a number of area's that needed covering and the wealth of knowledge by the different members of the Higgs staff ensured all points were covered and agreed by us and the buyer. Working with Jamie, Richard and Matt in particular helped the process keep moving to a satisfactory conclusion.

Legal advice on business sale
Higgs acted on our behalf for a business sale and we cannot speak highly enough of the advice we received, this involved many different legal departments (Corporate, Employment Property etc). During a fairly long process with quite a few external challenges from the buyers Higgs acted in an incredibly professional manner, always keeping us informed and outlining the legal impacts of what was being asked of us. We have dealt with a number of legal firms and the approach from Richard Griffiths and the team at Higgs was really refreshing, they helped us to understand the legal interpretation of documents in simple language rather than complicated legal talk, and they treated us with a huge amount of care and respect which is better than we have ever experienced before.

Very Professional and Supportive
This is the second time I’ve used Higgs Solicitors. Their help was invaluable. I was kept informed at every stage and everyone was a pleasure to work with. I recently sold a business and the professional and knowledgable team were so helpful. The sale took a little longer than we anticipated due to my buyer delaying the process but everyone was so pro active and supported me every step of the way. I could always speak to someone in the team handling my sale and any queries were answered very efficiently.
