I joined Higgs in January 2016. My role involves assisting clients who are injured following all types of accidents and I form part of a team providing support to those who have suffered life changing injuries following a major trauma. Part of my role involves ensuring our clients get access to the very best treatment in order to allow them to make the best possible recovery they can make. Our philosophy at Higgs LLP is to support clients holistically and to that end our approach ensures that our colleagues from other legal disciplines are involved in supporting the client wherever possible. I am extremely friendly and empathetic. I listen attentively to my clients to ensure I understand their needs and respond accordingly. The advice I provide is often reassuring and practical.
