Sarah Bradford was accurate, detailed and performed at pace to ensure that a time critical deal for a complex and messy Commercial Property purchase completed from "start" face to face meeting to completion drawdown of funds "finish" in just 64 calendar days. This despite the Valuation being returned £210k less than expected and tsunami of significant title related issues requiring resolution by both Vendor and Purchaser parties in order to allow the transaction to complete. As a High Street Business Relationship Manager of more than 36 years, having dealt with numerous Solicitors over the same timescale, I have no hesitation in recommending Sarah to any of my Clients who are either looking to sell or purchase Commercial property.

Legal advice on business sale
Higgs acted on our behalf for a business sale and we cannot speak highly enough of the advice we received, this involved many different legal departments (Corporate, Employment Property etc). During a fairly long process with quite a few external challenges from the buyers Higgs acted in an incredibly professional manner, always keeping us informed and outlining the legal impacts of what was being asked of us. We have dealt with a number of legal firms and the approach from Richard Griffiths and the team at Higgs was really refreshing, they helped us to understand the legal interpretation of documents in simple language rather than complicated legal talk, and they treated us with a huge amount of care and respect which is better than we have ever experienced before.
