Great fpr first time buyers
Gurvinder at higgs was a huge help considering the difficulties faced from vendors solicitor not communicating and the short deadline

Premier Property Conveyancing
From acting for me in the purchase of the land to the ultimate sale of the property that I built on it Gurvinder provided consistently driven service, with a tenacious approach and a willingness to communicate out of traditional office hours. It was plain to see that Gurvinder had a far superior knowledge of the law that both the land vendors solicitor and the home buyers solicitor. Such level of service is refreshing to experience.

A tough completion
