Residential sales and land purchases
Gurvinder has acted for us for a number of years both in terms of land acquisition and subsequent new residential property sales. We have always found him to be very thorough in anticipating issues so they can be dealt with at an early stage and his advice is always comprehensive.
We also find him quick to respond to queries and easy to deal with and wherever possible he sticks to budget as regard fees.
We have used various solicitors over the years and Gurvinder stands out as particularly professional and good to deal with, as such we would highly recommend his services.

Efficient Sale of Holiday Let via Higgs LLP

Premier Property Conveyancing
From acting for me in the purchase of the land to the ultimate sale of the property that I built on it Gurvinder provided consistently driven service, with a tenacious approach and a willingness to communicate out of traditional office hours. It was plain to see that Gurvinder had a far superior knowledge of the law that both the land vendors solicitor and the home buyers solicitor. Such level of service is refreshing to experience.
