I highly recommend this friendly yet professional firm of solicitors for a smooth and thorough transaction. The whole process was lengthy, however, the staff were all very supportive and efficient. Assignment of business and lease
This was a difficult case and did not go to completion so the business is back up for sale .
Rachel and Matthew were very professional and informative throughout but I communicated more with Rachel throughout this process. She was and still continues to be an amazing support , extremely efficient , approachable and very calming in what was a very challenging and stressful time.
She is a credit to your firm and I would definitely recommend her to others.

Purchase of The Imagination Street LTD
This acquisition was a very complicated process due to constant changes in the information being provided to us from the seller. Matt and Laura remained calm and neutral throughout. We would recommend this firm to anyone looking for solicitors to represent them with either a conveyancing transaction or a business sale. We dealt with two extremely professional and knowledgeable solicitors - one sorting the sale of the land and property; one sorting the transfer of the assets and goodwill of our business. Both transactions were successfully completed in a timely fashion and at reasonable cost.

Friendly professional efficient
Matthew acted alongside Andy and Amelia on my Busines sale , he was very Friendly and efficient , professional.
He always responded quickly to my emails
