I am a commercial property lawyer having joined Higgs in January 2024. Prior to joining Higgs, I had worked at a regional firm in the West Midlands. I have experience in sales, acquisitions and landlord and tenant matter and have acted for a wide range of clients including but not limited to companies, pension funds, charities and childcare providers. I am able to deal with both registered and unregistered land, leasehold or freehold and properties subject to leases or licences. I work with clients in managing large portfolios that include leases, licences, subleases, assignments and general case management. I also work with the business services team at Higgs to assist with the sale and acquisition of businesses where there are property elements.
