Although the issue on which I've sought council is as yet unresolved, so far I have no criticism whatsoever of Higgs handling of the matter. Their representative, Mr Joseph Martin has been personable, knowledgeable, mindful of costs. His measured judgement in fraught circumstances is exactly what's required.

Help with a long running dispute.
Three years ago our world fell apart when our youngest son committed suicide. This was the start of a very complex claim from his estranged wife and other parties who had also made claims on his estate.
Throughout the past three years we have always been given sound advise and kept informed of developments as we worked our way through all the problems that were thrown at us. As we near the end of this long running dispute we draw comfort from having sound advise and support during this very difficult period of our lives.

My Mum's Estate
Until I had family issues with my mum's Last Will and Testament, I have never used the services of a law firm.
Higgs LLP came highly recommended and I have not been disappointed by their service.
