Have used both Sam and Sidrah before elsewhere, and would recommend to anyone looking to sell their house. Everything is made very easy and explained thoroughly. A 5* service at a really competitive price. Spot on as ever. Nice touch to be invited in for coffee and biscuits too when signing off the contracts. Thanks very much.

Friendly, approachable yet professional staff
Higgs LLP administer my late partner’s trust and did the conveyancing when I moved. Due to circumstances beyond their control it took eight months to get to completion but throughout the solicitors were professional, friendly and helpful.

Sale of mom’s house
I recently used Higgs for the sale of my mom’s house as she had moved into a care home. We had used an auction company to complete the sale so there is a quick turn around expected of 56 days and the buyer wanted to complete before Christmas. Higgs kept me fully updated on proceedings and we were able to complete most of the paperwork by email. In the end we were ready to complete before our buyers due to Higgs efficiency.

Outstanding

Sale of Property - Excellent Service
As Executor to the estate of my late client, I was tasked with selling his property. Higgs Solicitor Sam McHugo was absolutley brilliant throughout the whole process. The buyers solicitors proved difficult to communicate with and promises of completion dates were missed on several occasions. However Sam persisted, kept us fully informed throughout. She deserves 5 starts and a 10/10.

Sales process review
Another good experience . This was the third property in reasonably quick succession that Samanatha executed and I expect in 2025/early 2026 she will complete a 4 th !?!
