I do a vast majority of commercial property work, ranging from property acquisitions, disposals, property finance and landlord and tenant work. I have experience in all kinds of landlord and tenant work namely, assisting on the grant of a new lease or renewal leases, assignments, subletting, alterations to property and surrenders. I have experience in both registered and unregistered land, freehold and leasehold property, and support clients through the whole legal process. I particularly enjoy dealing with property finance, assisting clients to satisfy and deal with lender requirements and also dealing solely on behalf of lenders to ensure the property is a good security for their lending.
