Conveyancing - residential property purchase
I have worked with Sidrah on several transactions professionally and most recently on a personal purchase. Sidrah is extremely competent, experienced, contactable and worked above and beyond to secure a timely purchase on what was not a 'run of the mill' transaction.

Responsive and knowledgable
I have used Higgs on many conveyancing matters, as I value their responsiveness and knowledgability most. I always feel listened to, well advised, and that matters are always pushed along and never left forgotten. They are not the cheapest I have used, but I am so far willing to pay slightly more to ensure I get top level service.

In addition another department at Higgs dealt with the probate of my late father's estate in conjunction with the house sale above. Couldn't of been happier with the level of service I received. Andy Bridge was fabulous throughout. Naturally not something that many of us go through on a frequent basis, however Andy was really helpful, and informative in his explanation and advice. It made a very difficult time, much easier. He also offered the probate service at a much more competitive rate than other solicitors had quoted too. Thank you.
Would recommend Higgs LLP to anyone that is looking for either of the above services.
