Divorce
My experience with Higgs and sons was overall a very positive one. Family Law - Divorce
The service I received from Higgs LLP during my divorce proceedings was professional from when I filed for divorced to end my 26 year old marriage through to the absolute. The solicitor I first started with when I contacted Higgs LLP left approximately 6-8 weeks into the process. I initially felt very upset and very stressed out when I was told this news. This was short lived as I was introduced to Ellie Norton and following our first consultation I felt at ease and straight away trusted she would provide a very professional service. Ellie was approachable throughout and when difficulties were put in front of me as my ex husband made the process at times very challenging. Ellie was very supportive and had the knowledge to deal with every situation which my ex husband put my way. Ellies calm professional approach on many occasions throughout the process reduced my stress levels and always provided constructive sound advice on ways to move forward to resolve matters.

Termination of relationship
Ellie (Norton) made an awful and stressful time much better for me… she always gave me the reality of my situation.. calmed me down when I got stressed… explained each and every contact with opposing party clearly and gave me time to consider my options. Answered any questions I had with both possible positive and negative outcomes. She made the whole experience far more bearable than I could have imagined. Whilst it’s not an experience I would have chosen, I’m grateful to Ellie for her professionalism and understanding of my required outcome… which she succeeded in securing.

Brilliant advice
