Sale of our business
My wife and I have recently sold our business of 15+ years which was an emotional process in itself. Higgs "took charge" of the sales process - which was complicated as we were part of a large franchise network.
Throughout the process, there were many terms that were not familiar to us (we have not sold a business before) and many upsets/hitches, but Joel Nixon and his team steered a very steady course even when we were wavering!
We would have no hesitation in recommending Higgs LLP to anyone in business.

Purchase of a business
Excellent customer service, professional, easy to talk to and focussed on the business side of getting the deal done. It is the second business purchase where I have used Joel Nixon and I would have no hesitation in using him again.
