Contractual Law

Debt Recovery
Higgs assisted us with a debt recovery matter with regards to a company attempting to claim a contractually binding debt was from a subsidiary rather than the parent company. Higgs assisted in full recovery of the outstanding amounts plus their costs in a timely manner. Matt Dudley's advice and assistance was excellent.
