Accident claim
After having an accident at work and not being able to work for 5 months.I used Higgs solicitors to put forward a claim against my employer to recover losses that I incurred. Their services were exceptional nothing was too much trouble.I was kept informed every step of the way as to the progress of my claim.Their response time to any questions or concerns was brilliant.
The claim eventually went to court and I am pleased to say that we won on all counts.Would not hesitate to use Higgs for any future legal issues.

Fatal Accident
At a time of great sorrow, shock and disbelief; I found myself plunged into a very surreal world and badly in need of guidance.
