AVOID - 10 weeks into purchase and I, like many others, have been "Reallocated due to restructure"... in other words, we dont have a solicitor. Do not use as you will annoy the seller and lose the property

Have been ignored for 3 weeks. and now currently being ignored.

I wish I could rate these 'solicitors' zero stars.

They delayed my completion by months by sheer incompetence and by not completing basic checks on time.

They also did not reply to my seller's solicitors various emails. It's impossible to speak to them on the phone as you're on hold for 45 minutes before being cut off.

Use at your own risk even if they charge slightly lower than others. I would not use them again even if they did not charge.

I'm putting in an official complaint, which I will take further if needed, but I also felt I needed to warn others against using them.

Process went fairly smoothly. I had 24 hours access to the app and I could monitor the case progress. My emails were replied 48 hours after and I was never able to get through to them on the phone.

For the first 4 months it was almost impossible to talk to anyone on the phone to help me answer questions or to find out how things were going with the sale, towards the end the phone was answered quickly which helped. I don’t understand why the sale took so long.

Despite some of the poor reviews, I signed up with them based on how they responded to my initial enquiries. I was a little anxious about how long the process would take, but needn't have worried.
All round, Joanna Collins and her team responded very quickly to my emails, always within 24 hours. I work full time too, so I don't have time to stare at my emails. Ignore the negative comments about not responding quickly.
I was very happy with the level of service I received and would most likely use them again when I need to sell my home.

I was worried from reading mixed reviews. Then once case was setup the initial experience was great, looked like flying through until my original case leader became uncontactable and no progress until I had a new case owner who then was brilliant helping us to complete our case as planned. If communication can be improved I think this will be great. But overall I am happy. I know how hard it is and stressful it can be with high volume. Thank you.

PM property lawyers were a pleasure to work with. They responddd to queries in a timely manner and provided explanations along the process. I also like there update system that kept us updated with every step.

The sale of my property was a straightforward transaction and no advice was needed. and PM Property Lawyers were fine for this. My case handler was polite as was her assistant. I did however need to constantly call up to check on progress and it seemed each case handler has a large number of files to work on. It took over two months for a Deed of Variation to be drafted and submitted which delayed the completion. Overall, if you are prepared to call up frequently to check progress then I think they offer good value for money and do their best given their workload.

Great communication and answered the phone everytime I needed to speak to my solicitor. Using the app was very easy to upload the files and see the progress.
