Jacob did a great job. He helped us with a transfer of equity, removing my sisters name from the title deeds and mortgage and adding my partners name instead. He worked very quickly, managed to wrap everything up in about a month.

Got job done, but slowly
Only wanted to change title deeds to joint names.Negatives, No mortgage involved or any other parties. Kept getting generic emails saying they were waiting for mortgage company to get back to them. Uploaded documents that they asked for 3 times. Said hadn’t received but could see on electronic case files they were there. Positive , didn’t cost as much as other solicitors. So if you are not in a rush and want to save a bit of money would be good for you.

Great communication and Persistance
Overall a good experience on a transfer of equity, Lucy my first solicitor was persistent on my behalf to my exs solicitors and I never had to prompt, she always kept me updated with Amy development before she left, I then had another solicitor, Jacob I believe (Loveless) to finish my case and again he was efficient and clear which made a stressful situation very calming
