I have just recently sold my property with PM property Lawyers, it has took just over 7 months for what really should have been a simple sale. The communication was completely unacceptable. Letting me know on the day that completion would not take place. This happened about 3 times. The lack of care resulted in me losing the property I was due to purchase due to the stress and no communication when we tried to contact them on numerous occasions. I put a complaint in and was offered £50. Even on the day of completion they never confirmed it. Luckily I was in direct contact with the buyer so they were able to confirm everything with me. Emails were unanswered, calls unanswered. When trying to call them you could be on hold for an hour at least. It has been the most stressful 7 months of my whole life and they could not have cared less about my situation. You are just a number unfortunately. The solicitors I was using to buy my new property could not believe how unprofessional they were. Do not use this firm. Team Rusian to be specific. They came recommended from Purple Bricks, when I spoke with them about how bad my situation was they could not have cared less either. As I said I lost my house because of the lack of communication. DO NOT USE!

Probate Auction and Conveyancing
Personal, and efficient service. We managed to pass on conveyancing fees to the purchaser via Special Terms in the contract.

Sale of property
I’ve use pm property lawyers twice now
To sell and buy and most recently to sell as I’m relocating abroad
Team Wilson we’re superb in dealing with my sale and they was always at the end of the phone and kept me informed the app showing my progress is excellent

Could’ve been better
I felt I had to chase quite a bit. If I didn’t I feel it he process would’ve taken longer

Bad communications
Only one property being sold, freehold and no chain. So why did it take so long and why was it so stressful. The communication was almost non existent at times to the point where the buyers solicitor was getting annoyed. Pmpl never responded to any emails from the agent. The buyer was ready 2 weeks before we were, I don't even know how that is possible! And then just as we were ready i had to resubmit our ID documents! Dreadful service, would not recommend

Shocking Service!
I had to continually chase this solicitor. It took 18 weeks for a cash buyer and empty purchase. I was told a moving date to be let down on the day last minute. I was due to go away and lost my holiday due to the moving date being incorrect. They were atrocious to try to communicate with.
I will be going forth with a compliant, they were extremely unprofessional and they spent the entirety trying to pass the blame.
