Process went fairly smoothly. I had 24 hours access to the app and I could monitor the case progress. My emails were replied 48 hours after and I was never able to get through to them on the phone.

6 months for completion

For the first 4 months it was almost impossible to talk to anyone on the phone to help me answer questions or to find out how things were going with the sale, towards the end the phone was answered quickly which helped. I don’t understand why the sale took so long.

No problems at all.

Despite some of the poor reviews, I signed up with them based on how they responded to my initial enquiries. I was a little anxious about how long the process would take, but needn't have worried.
All round, Joanna Collins and her team responded very quickly to my emails, always within 24 hours. I work full time too, so I don't have time to stare at my emails. Ignore the negative comments about not responding quickly.
I was very happy with the level of service I received and would most likely use them again when I need to sell my home.

Good turn around and achieving outcome

I was worried from reading mixed reviews. Then once case was setup the initial experience was great, looked like flying through until my original case leader became uncontactable and no progress until I had a new case owner who then was brilliant helping us to complete our case as planned. If communication can be improved I think this will be great. But overall I am happy. I know how hard it is and stressful it can be with high volume. Thank you.

Good but needs regular chasing

The sale of my property was a straightforward transaction and no advice was needed. and PM Property Lawyers were fine for this. My case handler was polite as was her assistant. I did however need to constantly call up to check on progress and it seemed each case handler has a large number of files to work on. It took over two months for a Deed of Variation to be drafted and submitted which delayed the completion. Overall, if you are prepared to call up frequently to check progress then I think they offer good value for money and do their best given their workload.

Excellent company

Third property sale this year and all handled by PMPL. Was a pleasure to deal with Donna & her team who gave me confidence in the way the sales progressed.
Easy to deal with and fully understanding keeping me updated all the way both by email and PMPL portal, as well as a smiley voice when we had phone conversations.
Would highly recommend and will use again.

If you see this review, please do not use!

PM Property Lawyers have been an absolute shambles from start to finish. I am currently selling my house to a first time buyer with no chain. This has now been going on for 27 weeks still with no end in sight. When my solicitor tries to get in contact with PM Property Lawyers he is ignored and passed from one call handler to the next. A few weeks ago the buyer was told that the file was complete but now, two weeks later, there is still paperwork that needs updating, leading me to believe this law firm is incompetent.

The buyer has also been told that there has been an internal 'restructure' (sound familiar) so their file has been passed to another conveyancer. This has caused so much unnecessary stress and pain that I am now in the process of cutting ties and starting again due to the incompetence of this firm. Don't bother replying PMPL with a flimsy, "We're sorry to see you're review. Please contact us if you would like to investigate internally." Just please do the job you are being paid to do.

Never sold our home, took them 9 months to start the papers and by the time they did any work BUYERS left. Single mom, now bank will take the home and I expressed my concerns for 5 months but they don't give a toss especially if your name is a Khaan. Company should be taken down. NoT professionals don't even answer your Calls because they know they are not working on your case. What a shambles of a company.

Even though my case is ongoing I was hoping contracts would be exchanged today , I even sent the whole amount for purchase of property a few days ago then they sent me amended contract because the 1st one was for freehold , I'm hoping for a good outcome , I'm totally stressed out and very unfair on seller aswell and if I get fobbed off then I'll get in touch with ombudsman and see if they can sort it out
