5 Magdalene way
We purchased a property from rented which took 18 weeks. Every step of the way was left until the last minute by the solicitors. Communication was acceptable but a change in team and a 2.5 week holiday by the solicitors delayed the process further. Additional charges were also added through the process.

Great and efficient
"I recently had the pleasure of working with PMPL Solicitors for my home conveyancing process. While the journey had its ups and downs, I was impressed with the overall speed and efficiency of their service.
The team at PML was always responsive and kept me informed throughout the process. There were a few instances where communication could have been improved, but ultimately, everything worked out in the end.

Equity transfer
Due to extreme difficulties with Help To Buy and First Port property management. This case took significantly more work than was necessary and PM was always there to help and chase as needed and explain each step to a stressed and frustrated me.

Very helpful
Most of the work was done on line. Great App. Provided to enable progress of application we were making. Any telephone conversations were answered quickly and efficiently. With security questions to make sure you were safe. Good solid advice given.

Equity transfer
I have had a pleasant experience with PM Property lawyers. It was prompt, information was sent to me in a timely manner and also followed up if I failed to take action. Whenever I needed clarification I called and the phone was answered straight away and I received the support I needed.
