Not the best solictors i was only buying a house it took 6months, 1st solicitor goes off sick but tell me searches are in place, 6 weeks later couldnt get hold of my solictor by call or email after 3days of trying to ring and email i find out she on long term sick and my searches have not been sent off, 2nd solicitor comes on board and gets straight into my case searches are sent and back 10days later, then get told file needs be signed of again week later all is quiet, she is also now of on sick another 4days passes by were i get appointed mark popple, just wish i had him from the start on the ball, communication good easy get hold of and got my file signed off. It all depends who you get if you go with this company some are good some are not. When both of mine went on sick communcation was awful no one answer emails or calls.

Awful experience
I had 4 case owners. The final solicitor that got the file over the final line was a contracted in externally and demonstrated a completely different level of professionalism and efficiency. So kudos Melissa. I would frequently spend an hour on hold to then be told I cannot speak to the solicitor. Which happened almost every time for the duration of the sale.

Property Purchase
Experience with PM law firm was not really good and solicitors were changed few times.
Ambiya joined the firm in August in 2024 and my case was with PM law since March 2024.
Previous solicitor did miss same important information from the searches and dragged the case for 6months but Ambiya pointed out and got the feedback from sale solicitor.
She complete the purchase in one month as it was pending n PM law since March 2024.

Avoid!!!
The whole process took nearly 7 months despite being a first time buyer and mortgage free. They changed my solicitor 5 times throughout the process, each one needing at least 2 working days to ‘familiarise’ themself with the case before doing anything. They made silly mistakes throughout, the communication was shocking, I never got a direct number for my solicitor and had to sit on hold for over an hour every time I wanted to talk to someone. The attention to detail was anwful and I’ve had to do almost all of the leg work in chasing up documentation from third parties. Due to the lack of urgency, I almost lost the property on 2 occasions. Save yourself the grief and avoid them.
