Fast efficient service
Fantastic service from start to finish -easy to use portal that keeps you updated on your progress -very friendly team and my property lawyer was fantastic 9 weeks to completion

A step into the unknown
When my estate agent suggested using their solicitor I assumed it was the one across the road from agent’s office. When the solicitor contacted me I was taken aback when I realised that it was an ‘on line’ firm. Despite the fact I am not very computer savvy, I liked the package they were offering and signed up with them. They did deliver the package, but not within the supposed 16 weeks but when I sold in May and completed in December, it was very prolonged. I had difficulty contacting them both verbally, and by mail. I sent one set of papers three times. Any messages from them were very brief, and often from different case handlers.
Would I use them again? No! I would use a local solicitor, where I can visit personally, ask questions, and query in person any delays.
I’m sorry Pm Property Lawyers was not a good experience for me, and caused me a great deal of uncertainty and stress, but in all fairness their bill was exactly as promised.

Oh so slow and unresponsive
You get what you pay for, they're cheap for a reason. Incredibly slow, unresponsive to emails and phone calls. They will reply to the in app messages but the replies are vague and generally unhelpful... If you'd like to complete your house sale in a reasonable time frame and not risk loosing your mortgage offer etc - go elsewhere!

DO NOT USE
A simple chain free conveyancing took 7 months, on hold for 20 minutes at a time on calls. The solicitor dealing with the case was rude, I was told at one stage I could not speak to you because my headset was broken.
The sale almost broke down and i was hours from pulling out of the sale. The delay was due to maintenance documents the solicitor already had and changes to land registry forms days before completion.
I am waiting for a response to my complaint then it goes to the ombudsmen.
If you want a non responsive unprofessional company these are the ones to use.

Terrible Experience, lots of delays
It took me 5 months from instruction to buy a flat which had no chain and I was buying with cash.
There were lots of delays through the process which kept holding it up and the bit which was more frustrating was that they would not respond to emails about these delays and it was very difficult to get on the phone with them as well. Multiple times I have waited on hold for around 45 minutes only to be sent to voicemail and have the line cut out.
Terrible service that I would recommend people avoid.

NO STARS WOULD BE THE CORRECT REVIEW !!!!!
I really wish I had read reviews before I agreed to use these unprofessional people, it would have been much better to use a local solicitor to see face to face & not post all the paperwork.
3 months in I was told due to illness & annual leave my file had been put on hold, I was lucky not to lose the buyers.
Really disappointed with the communication- took ages to answer phones then either cut off or put on hold & emails took days to answer.
Team Ramsden kept getting details wrong even asking for death certificates 3 times when nobody had died, sorting out ID last minute when they had the details, couldn’t find funds for days, then they turned up in an account they firmly said couldn’t be used. Only just got back paperwork from months which I was promised was sent special delivery - gone to the wrong address !! Please AVOID, most embarrassing experience ever.

The single worst service I have ever received
From start to finish dealing with PM was extremely difficult. They made many errors, mistakes and mis-haps. I felt at one point that without my involvement the sale and purchase wouldnt get over the line.
The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, when they actually knew the information.
3 other people brought and sold property at the same time, all completed 2-4 months before I did.
Even after I have moved into my property, thinking I had finished with PM, they haven't filled out the paperwork to ensure my stamp duty was registered properly, resulting in interest on the overall bill. This is still unresolved.
I would not use this company ever again, and recommend no one does.

Undoubtably the worst solicitors I have ever engaged for anything.
The only positive moment with PM Law was when it was all over, and we can finaly move on and forget they ever existed.
The negatives are too numerous to list, and dont even bother with their complaints process unless you like wasting even more of your time reading a report which is basically them sticking their heads in the sand and denying everything.
All I can say is that months into our house moving process, a colleague of mine went home and told their wife we were moving, they then decided to move, put their house on sale, found a house, did surveys, resolved issues, completed, moved in and then say back and laughed at us while we were still stuck in 'waiting for our conveyancers to sign it off" weeks after theirs was all done and dusted.
I have seen sloths move faster than my solicitors.
