The whole process took nearly 7 months despite being a first time buyer and mortgage free. They changed my solicitor 5 times throughout the process, each one needing at least 2 working days to ‘familiarise’ themself with the case before doing anything. They made silly mistakes throughout, the communication was shocking, I never got a direct number for my solicitor and had to sit on hold for over an hour every time I wanted to talk to someone. The attention to detail was anwful and I’ve had to do almost all of the leg work in chasing up documentation from third parties. Due to the lack of urgency, I almost lost the property on 2 occasions. Save yourself the grief and avoid them.

Connor was excellent!
Our experience buying our first home was made far less stressful by Connor's clear and helpful communication! He helped us to meet all our timelines and explained the process well, as well as offering reassurance during stressful times. He was a pleasure to deal with!
