Purchased house through auction
Purchased a house through auction with a 28 day completion time frame and with the help from Jake at PM property lawyers it was all done on time with no difficulties thanks a lot great team highly recommend

Excellent service throughout the whole process
From start to finish team kliddle were a great team to deal with. Friendly, helpful and reassuring.
It was my first property purchase and I found the process quite stressful but the team were there to help at each stage. Even when external factors caused set backs, they were quickly dealt with and rectified and everything worked out in the end!
Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent support, Knowledge and Execution
We had an experience wherein the vendor was particularly difficult to work with. PML were able to proactively chase and navigate with the Vendor's side to the point where they were advising the other side in order to progress our case. They were all very friendly and honest throughout giving us as much support as they could. Fantastic service and they were lovely to talk to whenever we had questions within the process. Would highly recommend.

Very efficient conveyancing lawyers
We were really impressed with the service provided by PM Property Lawyer. They really understood our requirements and kept us informed at all time. The staff we dealt with were really professional at all times and knowledgeable when questions were raised regarding various property matters. We were really disappointed when we used bigger firms before and using PMPL made the experience of selling a house much more pleasurable and we thoughts that their service was really good value for money.

Amazing help from both Kay Liddle and Jake Berriman throughout the whole process! If I ever had a problem they would answer the phone straight away and do whatever needed to be done to get things moving! Would definitely recommend :)
