Professional, helpful & great perseverance!
Jake was extremely supportive in our house purchase - the seller’s solicitor was very difficult to deal with but Jake push through to the end and helped us to complete before Christmas. As first time buyers, we were apprehensive about the process but Jake put our minds at ease by explaining everything clearly and being honest if there was any hold ups. Easy to contact, sometimes a little wait on the phone but understandably he is busy with many cases at one time so we didn’t mind waiting. Originally we were meant to have Ambia Khatun, so glad we didn’t as Jake was 5 star. Thank you Jake for putting up with us!!

The solicitors were the least helpful, never responded to emails.
The solicitors claimed to not relieved documents and details when they had. I caught them out lying due to being CC'd into emails. They would ignore calls and emails for days, and one solicitor even joked with me how bad the firm was. My solicitors made the house purchase experience even more stressful than it already was. I would never recommend this firm.

Poor communication and slow process
I began my homebuyer journey in June 2024, I didn’t complete until the end of November. There was no chain and all my documents had been uploaded as soon as the process began. I had to apply for two mortgage extensions and PM were unable to give me an estimated date until the week before we completed. I had to pay an extortionate amount in storage as they initially suggested I could be in by the end of August but this did not happen. They did not check their emails until I called nor did they call me back when I asked for one. The whole process was unbelievably frustrating with constantly being told ‘we’re just waiting on this’ or ‘we need you to send us this’ despite having sent over all the documents to their app.

The process was slow.
I am glad I finally completed the purchase and they helped me to achieve that. I had to chase them up to find out what was going on. The process was very slow and took longer then it should have.

Purchased house through auction
Purchased a house through auction with a 28 day completion time frame and with the help from Jake at PM property lawyers it was all done on time with no difficulties thanks a lot great team highly recommend

Excellent service throughout the whole process
From start to finish team kliddle were a great team to deal with. Friendly, helpful and reassuring.
It was my first property purchase and I found the process quite stressful but the team were there to help at each stage. Even when external factors caused set backs, they were quickly dealt with and rectified and everything worked out in the end!
Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent support, Knowledge and Execution
We had an experience wherein the vendor was particularly difficult to work with. PML were able to proactively chase and navigate with the Vendor's side to the point where they were advising the other side in order to progress our case. They were all very friendly and honest throughout giving us as much support as they could. Fantastic service and they were lovely to talk to whenever we had questions within the process. Would highly recommend.
