I instructed PM Property Law on purchase of my property and they were faultless. I was initially hesitant due to some negative reviews on here, but decided to give it a go anyway.
Not only were they much cheaper than everywhere else I looked, all communication was immediate and faultless. The whole buying process was completely smooth.

Dreadful
My experience was beyond stressful. The conveyancing should have been straightforward. No chain,cash buyers,no searches. But instead it dragged on gor almost 6 months . Limited communication,no replies to emails or app messages and up to one hour on telephone call holds. They were not ready on the date set for completion which was delayed a further month and almost lost me the purchase. The sense of helplessness was beyond description to the point where my only action and only method of getting a response and some progress on my case was to make a complaint via their internal complaints process. I would never use again and would advise others contemplating using the services to go elsewhere and safe the nightmare experience I have had

Not very pleased,but olay
Service is very affordable but takes forever to complete.
Slow to respond to emails and takes too long to be able to speak with anyone on the phone. I'd only recommend if you have time on your hands and are not in hurry to wrap up your purchase.
Overall, service is satisfactory.

Poor Company
Please avoid this company, they've been an unpleasant experience from the start. Short staffed, didn't manage to speak with anyone for a few weeks, never answer the phone, or emails.
Considering I was the client, I was ignored by Team Parkin, their PA or secretary was miserable.
Their team leader admitted they were short staffed and at fault.
Just use another company, it's not worth the stress of dealing with them.

No Communication Slow If any Responses
My experiences with this solicitor firm has been extremely disappointing. Both my partner and my brother were recommended to this firm for their property purchases, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Communication has been abysmal. They have never been able to get hold of their assigned solicitors, being ignored for weeks on end and constantly having to chase for updates. My brother's house sale started back in February/March and as of December, it still hasn't completed. He has been passed between two solicitors already and is now on his third!
The firm's lack of customer service is glaring. As my brother paid them upfront, he feels trapped and unable to switch firms, which adds to his frustration. The headache and stress this firm has caused are simply not worth it. If they offer a cheap quote, it's because the service is subpar.
For the sake of your sanity, I highly recommend avoiding this firm at all costs. Seek a competent firm that values its clients.

Good at their job, poor at updates
We found them to be very good as a conveyancer and thorough, however they were quite slow at responding and getting internal sign off's etc, I really do appreciate it a busy time for them as I work in property (albeit a different area) . We did get there in the end so not too upset, just made the last couple of days very tense. Just something that could be looked at, maybe another team member?
