I instructed PM Property Law on purchase of my property and they were faultless. I was initially hesitant due to some negative reviews on here, but decided to give it a go anyway.
Not only were they much cheaper than everywhere else I looked, all communication was immediate and faultless. The whole buying process was completely smooth.

Success
The timescale given of 12-16 weeks for the transaction is accurate, but at the end was success of a sale and completion.

Wouldn’t recommend to the dead
I don’t think 6 months is a except able time to complete constantly phoning for updates and portal is as much use as ash try on a motor bike no communication between team working on sale and purchase never reply to messages on portal and seems that emails are not looked at until we phoned asking why things are not moving forward waiting times phoning are very exssive up to hour before taking to a member of staff if it wasn’t for Mark Popple we would still be waiting to move

Efficient and Professional Service
We have had a number of delays and issues in our chain of 4 but Elissa Parkin and her team have managed things well. I was worried that l wouldn't be able to telephone for an update and it would all be on line, but in the event Elissa, Cassandra and the team were friendly, informative and helpful in answering my enquiries as we reached the long drawn out end of the process - which was due to issues at the beginning of the chain.

Excellent and timely work
It was an increadably efficient and timely process in purchasing my new property, for which I very much appreciate Elissa's dedication and excellence in her job. Likewise, Jacob has been very helpful to complete the remortgage process in short notice and everything was done professionally, timely and I am very pleased. I would certainly recommend them and the professional, approachable PM Law.

Excellent!
Team Parkin were fantastic, at all stages of the process they kept me informed and the work was exemplary.
My buyer’s became pushy and impatient but Team Parkin had my back. Ensuring that my sale went as smoothly as possible.

Good overall - reasonably priced.
Overall good service and long distance communication using app / email . Was a little slow initially but moves quicker towards the end nearer completion.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
Poor service overall. Our buyers were cash buyers and we accepted their offer in March. It took until August to complete. We had agreed a completion date of Monday the 12th. I requested a call back from our solicitor on 09/08 where it was confirmed that the completion date of 12/08 would go ahead as planned. We therefore moved out of the home and our buyers expected the keys on 12/08. On the 12/08 we received an email from the solicitor stating "as you aware, completion can not go ahead today". We were not made aware of this. We contacted our solicitor explaining that the buyers were expecting the keys and completion needed to happen on that date. I was contaced at 4:45 on 12/08 by our estate agent explaining that the buyers' solicior has been in touch to say that our solicitor had told them that completion was not going ahead. Our solicitor had not confirmed this with us as their client and did not contact us until the following day.
I would also like to note that during telephone conversations with the solicitor we could hear crying chlidren and televisions in the background on several ocassions which made it difficult to concentrate, further adding to our frustration and a their unprofessionalism.
