We got assigned to work with PMPL through a third party company. Initially we were a bit nervous reading the reviews. But Team O’Shea were absolutely amazing! Our seller took 2 months to send the contract draft and was a pain to deal with but the team still helped us complete 2 months after the contract draft was received! We are honestly impressed with the service, thank you to the team!!

Property
Great communication and answered the phone everytime I needed to speak to my solicitor. Using the app was very easy to upload the files and see the progress.

Sale of our house
Very frustrating dealing with pm,
hold music awful as if you’re not stressed enough you have to listen to blues music!!! Very slow at responding 48 hours to read an email???
Although we feel they tried their best they came up very short
Co stanely having to chase up as phone backs were few and far between
Could have saved a fortune if they’d offered a indemnity insurance policy (when this was put forward it was too late all parties were aware of the deed of variations so the insurance was knocked back, had we offered this to start it probably would have gone through)

Completion on house
We found PM Property Lawyers to be very efficient and on the ball, after a rocky start that we had to pull out of 2 houses due to survey results not being the best . They were very patient and totally understanding with our situation. Once we found the one, their work was impeccable, our whole completion was around 16-17 wks . We would recommend this company to many folks they were very easy to contact and deal with, you actually felt when you were on the phone with them they listened.

Good legal work at times the system seemed slow . Good value for money . Good direct contact with the team handling the case.

Incredibley slow
I had a cash buyer and my sale could have gone through in 10 weeks maybe but it actually took best part of 6 months. There were various reasons, one in partiyehere they were waiting for us, but we hadn't realised. A nudge/ reminder would have been handy. But also their staff holidays delayed things. Was a very frustrating experience

No reply and very little action wrong address on documents
With the first buyer we were sent documents with the wrong address, when we rang we waiting over an hour to get an answer

Couldnt ask for more
We used PM for both our sale and purchase. They were unreal from start to finish. I was on top of them and they took it in stride and answered every silly question i could think of as well as talking and chatting to me like an actual human being. We had some issues from the solicitor below and they handled this with grace and determination. They kept me sane throughout this process and honestly, i couldnt have asked for more from them. Highly recommend.
