We got assigned to work with PMPL through a third party company. Initially we were a bit nervous reading the reviews. But Team O’Shea were absolutely amazing! Our seller took 2 months to send the contract draft and was a pain to deal with but the team still helped us complete 2 months after the contract draft was received! We are honestly impressed with the service, thank you to the team!!

Conveyancing
Great value for money, but was swapped between three different solicitors and didn't know who was in charge of my house purchase from week to week, until finally had a very good solicitor to get my exchange over the line. Completed in 12 weeks.

A much better service at the end of sale
Initially the first Solicitor allocated did virtually nothing for the first two months. It is only when Ms O’Shea came on board that things began to move. After prompting the service was fine And the sale completed. There were no searches required so I believed it could have been covered in much less time.

House purchase
Very slow and disjointed service.
Had to chase Team O’Shea on multiple occasions as the process came to a stand still. However when I emailed to say that I would be escalating my concerns to your Managing Director as my mortgage had 8 working days left before it expired, Olivia kept me informed about exchanging and completion. If this was the standard of client care throughout the whole process I would have given 5 stars.

Friendly efficient and professional
I genuinley can not praise Sophie oshea and her assistant Olivia Thawley.
Dealt with both our selling and buying of property.
Efficient with all due dilligence required to get case up and running. Never left us waiting for updates and always on the end of the phone should any questions we had need.
They are a credit to the Company

Good service, professional and met our needs.
We really enjoyed the app as a means of communication and updates. We found PM Law via Home legal direct. We mainly got updates on a Friday which was a little inconvenient when paperwork needed to be filled in because we often wouldn’t get a response to queries until early the next week.
We did feel they thoroughly interrogated all aspects of the house and we felt confident they provided a high attention to detail and due diligence.

Property
Great communication and answered the phone everytime I needed to speak to my solicitor. Using the app was very easy to upload the files and see the progress.

Sale of our house
Very frustrating dealing with pm,
hold music awful as if you’re not stressed enough you have to listen to blues music!!! Very slow at responding 48 hours to read an email???
Although we feel they tried their best they came up very short
Co stanely having to chase up as phone backs were few and far between
Could have saved a fortune if they’d offered a indemnity insurance policy (when this was put forward it was too late all parties were aware of the deed of variations so the insurance was knocked back, had we offered this to start it probably would have gone through)
