PMPL have been great throughout and Ben Mellors has been outstanding, reliable and an excellent communicator since day one of picking up my case. Give that man a promotion! The conveyance speed has been frustrating at times but this has been due to the buyers or outside parties but Ben was extremely good at keeping on top of them and chasing responses. I can't ask for anything more. Thank you Ben!
