Can't fault our experience with PM Property lawyers. We dealt with all different members of the team mainly Donna towards the end who has always been able to respond to and help with all our queries. While there was a stage where we struggled to get replies through emails, they were always at the end of the phone so make sure to keep reaching out if you want to make sure everything gets done, don't get lost at the bottom of the inbox and if you're not sure about anything ask, I had to double and triple check so many things and they would still always reply. Have exchanged this week and due to complete on Friday and really grateful to the work our solicitors have done! Seen a lot of bad reviews so wanted to take the time to thank the team.

Great service.
I decided to use PM property for my house purchase. Had my offer accepted 30th November and i completed February 14th! Amazing work by Donna, Halimah and the team. They answered all my questions and advised me in the best possible way. I was a FTB and generally didn’t know the process but these guys made it really easy and stress free! I would 100% recommend team Cutts.

Professional Team, but took a long time
I had two teams working on my sale and purchase. These were Team Morris and Team Cutts respectively.
I truly felt as though my best interests were central to both teams' actions, following up or catching on items that may have otherwise gone astray. It did take time to complete the sale, but it wasn't a simple transaction. I thought communication between teams could have been better, but overall it worked well. Donna was meticulous and provided great communication. Christopher I didn't speak to as much, mostly "Hannah" from his team who was friendly. Most of all, I could trust that things were happening, but towards the latter stages of the sale & purchase, I had to chase for updates more from Team Morris.

Poor service
The service is poor and I will not advice patronage based on the following experience:
1. Poor customer service
2. Lack of sound communication to client
3. Lack of team work
4. Delays on transaction. Some employee will tell you if they are on annual leave, the transaction will not go ahead
5. Poor response to emails, phone calls and rude email response if at all they respond
However, the good side is payment for search and upfront payment which means if the transaction do not go ahead you can ask for refund.
If you want sanity and avoid trouble with constant follow ups and mental health issues avoid

Conveyance
All the team were vary helpful and kept well updated throughout the conveyance at regular intervals with my chain free purchase, donna and her team managed to complete just before Christmas, and within a 9 week duration.
