I used this conveyancing company for the sale of my property and purchase of another. To say the process was a nightmare would be an understatement. The conveyancing company caused multiple significant delays which led to us almost losing our purchase. The junior staff working on our case were incompetent and quite frankly rude. Emily was the associate who was very condescending over the phone and showed no urgency when required. She kept ending the call saying the file is under review when it wasn’t and I did not hear back from the solicitor, Donna. The exchange got delayed and overall the completion took much much longer than it should have.
The number of mistakes made during this process by the conveyancers were ridiculous, including sending incorrect documents. Documents filed in February were only picked up to be incorrect in April. Queries were not responded to for over 2 weeks. I had to chase up daily with zero response from the solicitor.
These incompetencies caused a large strain on all transactions and parties involved. I would avoid this company entirely.

Conveyance
All the team were vary helpful and kept well updated throughout the conveyance at regular intervals with my chain free purchase, donna and her team managed to complete just before Christmas, and within a 9 week duration.

Conveyancing for sale and purchase of house.
My solicitor Donna and Halimah were very responsive to emails. At times hard to make contact via phone.

Too many people dealing with your file
First of all if you have Donna Cutts and team you’ll be ok they will get your purchase through. The problem is two many people are dealing with your file and the communication is poor which causes so much unnecessary stress. I believe Donna and her team were embarrassed by the draw out process and her hands were tied which is why she didn’t community me properly. I wouldn’t use the company again and I wouldn’t recommend you do as they are appalling. I’d pay extra for better communication and a better service. The time it took for our purchase to complete was ridiculous. The company took our money in full and held it for 3 weeks before we exchanged contracts. I have to add I think Donna and Halimah should leave this awful company and work for a better law firm. Honestly just don’t use them. I hope you read this before you’ve instructed them. In the end I went to the managing director of the company and then progress was made within 48 hours. Good luck.

House purchase
I first started using this company back in June to help with the purchase of the property I have bought. It was a difficult purchase as I had to change the lender within a month. The team were very professional throughout as I can be very demanding at times. I believe there hard work especially Halimah khan made it as smooth as it could have been. She is a credit to the team and to the company.

Ok, but hard work
Overall the case was completed without major issues, but it took months longer than expected. It was a very small, straightforward "chain", we were buying a house that was vacant and the guy buying ours was a cash buyer with no chain. The sellers solicitors were hard work to get in contact with and poor at progressing each little query, but I feel that if our solicitor was more proactive it could have been resolved a lot quicker.

Great solicitors
My wife and I were buying our first home together and needed to find a suitable solicitor who could deal with the property we bought at MMoA promptly, and PM property lawyers Ltd did a great job for us! Donna dealt with everything quickly and professionally whilst keeping me updated at every step. Never felt I had to keep waiting for responses to questions, and the whole process went smoother than expected. Would definitely recommend there services to others.

Very efficient
Our house buying experience went smoothly. Communication was good and everything moved as quick as it could due to probate. Would recommmend!

Sale and purchase
It was a bit like being on a helter-skelter with no end to the ride in sight.
Initially all good, but as we progressed the whole process lurched from Team A to Team B, then to Team C and so on.
Communication was non existent for weeks on end.
Teams did not know what was happening around them.
Allocation of the work was poor. We did finally get there, but what a struggle.
