We had a couple of different solicitors dealing with our sale and purchase but towards the end we was allocated to Joseph and holly. I can't thank Joseph and holly enough, they was put in a tricky position by our buyers solicitor who caused us a significant amount of stress however Joseph and Holly was there to listen to our concerns and frustration as well as handle the situation with utmost professionalism.

Overall a positive experience
Mostly very efficient although there was an unnecessary 3 week delay, that could have been avoided. Then another one week delay, as I was overseas, which I had informed the company from the outset, I was told no problem. Later found out no electronic signature was available so I had to courier everything back to U.K. If I had know that I could have signed documents prior to my departure. Apart from loosing 4 weeks on completion everything else was efficiently handled.

Disapointing
My case handler was convinced by the buyers solicitor that my lease was invalid. It wasnt. The information required was on page 4 of my lease but my handler didnt read it. The handler carried out 2 months of unessesary work before it was pointed out by a third party. The lack of due dilligence cost me 8 weeks time and expense. When I logged a complaint. I was offered £50 compensation. I have currently escalated my case to a stage 2 complaint. My buyer was a cash buyer. The sale took months when it should have taken weeks.

Team Wright
I had sold my property with the Team Wright and Joseph was very patient when explained to me about the course of the process.
The whole process took 3 months and they managed to get the completion date before Christmas which is an amazing gift for myself.
I would recommend this firm to my friends.

You'll need to put time aside each day to keep them on track
If you want a slick well managed process, you'll need to look elsewhere. Our transaction exchanged and completed eventually, but if you don't provide regular kicks up the backside you could find it compromises your sale or purchase.
the number of basic failures we experienced through the process suggests to many cases per solicitor and that when you chase to get things on track, you will get their full undivided attention for about 2 hours, until the next customer phones to chase their case.
If you want updates, you can either rely on their app, or you can call them each day to push them along, at which point they will find they already have all of the paperwork they are suggesting they need to progress your case. If they promise to call you back - expect to be disappointed 4 times out of 5.
On occasion you'll find that they are waiting on documentation that they actually sent to you two weeks before which has avoided any progress being made for two weeks.
Don't hang your hat on an exchange date as there'll be no hope of you getting hold of the team on your exchange day and you'll be left in limbo with a van full of your worldly possessions.
All in all i've given them two stars, as provided you have the time to mentor them on a weekly basis, you will eventually get there and their costs are reasonable.
I think the quote is buy cheap - pay twice. My review is less scathing than it could be.

Attentive and professional service throughout!
I instructed PM property lawyers to sell my property and manage on onward purchase. The level of service was A class even though the lawyers and their teams have to manage several cases. We exchanged and competed on time and they even managed to deal with a date change to bring things forward towards the end of the process.
