I found this company to be very professional and knowledgeable to all work that was required and the price was very competitive compared to where I live it was about £400 cheaper so well done to this company if they can keep the price down.

Sale and purchase
We used pm law for the sale and purchase of our property, team wright had with the sale was very good and professional even with the buyers solicitors being so awkward and hard work, team wright always provided updates on the phone and explained the situation and where straight up no bs, they made sure we didn't pay any costs that we where forced to pay, they looked after us from day one.
We used team hill from our purchase and that was a easy and smooth experience zoie was fantastic she made our lives so easy the work she done the weekly updates we didn’t need to chase her and team up was a great experience.
During the last week we was getting pressured with our new build purchase and Joseph and Zoie worked together to get the sale and purchase done and moved in we cant thank them enough, would defo use them again.

Purchasing a property
The process speeded up after contacting the team on regular basis.
I had to be proactive to contact & discuss progress. The team was helpful too.
However, the completion did not occur on the day fixed due to miscommunication amongst the team. This added stress at the last moment when seller's agent mentioned we might loose 10% deposit.
The other members of the team were prompt when they found out the problem. They communicated with seller's solicitors & completed the deal for us.
Overall, I would recommend PM Property lawyers to my friends.

Very good if your not in a rush to get your money
I was happy until my property was sold and it took 10 days to get my money from them instead of 5 days.

Efficient and friendly service
Selling a property. The cheapest fees around at that time. Great use of the app and technology to provide timely and efficient service. Easy to contact and great communication on the day of completion. Excellent!
