Lyons Bowe represented me in a property purchase. Their onboarding is very streamlined through an online process. Emails are answered promptly and I felt well informed throughout. Claire and Alex who looked after me were knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t give 5 stars because 5 stars requires over and and above. I did experience a couple of minor hitches over stamp duty, which were resolved very quickly. Overall I’m pleased and would recommend the firm to others.

It has been really helpful to know how everything is progressing at each stage. Speedy response to any queries has also been helpful.

Ella was reliable and informative. The Lyons Bowe app. Is easy to use and gives clear updates of the stages of the process.

Had a slight hiccup with the TA10 form ( was not really ready to compete) also as on the app the form number was not mentioned and we hoped that we could fill it in manually as first mentioned ( in the office)but we had to complete it online.
The app is friendly to use although there are not many places to add additional content.
We had only emails from Jasmin as that’s what was requested and they where all easy to understand once we sorted out the TA10 form (mainly concentrated on the app).

The new instructions team have been great, it’s 3 weeks since my offer on a flat was accepted and I feel like the purchase process has been started and moved along quickly. Everyone involved has been really communicative and I’ve been kept in the loop at each stage. It’s nice to have the app to see what to expect and when.
