Amazing experience!
We’ve had a phenomenal experience with Lyons Bowe throughout our first house purchase. Maisie initially assisted us in the new instructions team, and she was incredibly efficient, always on the ball and ready to answer any questions we had. Laura Walker, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing – we always knew exactly where we stood and how the transaction was progressing. Having Laura at the end of the line truly made us feel at ease. We honestly cannot thank Laura enough.
Now working with Beth in the Exchange and Completions team, we've continued to receive excellent support. Beth has been fantastic, keeping us informed and helping us through the final stages.
Overall, our experience with Lyons Bowe has been brilliant. Their communication has been top-notch, something they should be very proud of. We also loved the app updates, which kept everything seamless.

Very quick service
Our conveyance was handled very quickly once in the hands of the conveyancing team. There could be more flexibility and advice available for people needing to provide alternative forms of ID at the start of the process, but overall very happy

Great , fast service
We’ve had an exceptional team at every step of selling the house. I would recommend to anyone friends and strangers. They’ve been professional, quick in response, proactive, always kept us informed. Couldn’t fault this company. We sold our house without being in UK, which we thought it would be difficult but it went well. Thank you very much for all your help!

I felt in the early stages that no-one took charge of the case. There was no chasing up of the enquiries and this took up over 50 days. What should have been a simple sale as there was only a seller and a buyer took far too long.

Great solicitors to secure a house sale
I'd like to thank Lyons Bowe, particularly Rachael Aydemir, but all the team involved in selling my mother's house. I was able to ask questions along the journey which were answered in a way that gave me confidence to know all would be well! They made a difficult situation manageable.
If I need to move in the future, they will be solicitors I would gladly work with again.

Great experience, responsive, transparent and helpful - recommended
The people we worked with here were really excellent. They were available when we needed them and we felt like we were in good hands throughout the process of remortgaging one property and purchasing another.
They called out things that should be brought to our attention and everything worked very smoothly!
If there is a next time, we will certainly use the team again and I would recommend them!
(at the moment, I can't even imagine moving another time :D )

Mistakes made
My house sale was complicated with a court order in place to reimburse my ex husband . I had to point out mistakes made 3 times to get it right . It was upsetting me and all I got was oh sorry about that like it wasn’t that important to get it right . My conveyancer did not seem to have the knowledge required to interpret the order made in 2007 when I got divorced. I still couldn’t understand her figures at the end but as no further money was required from me I let it go . I had to discuss things with my ex husband which I really shouldn’t have had to . Apart from that the solicitor was very pleasant and easy to talk to and was thorough with the search questions I asked . I think the whole process from selling the house to completing was about right .
